Hey all! So I’m continuing my little series of small changes to get healthy. Next week is kind of a doozy so I’m keeping it simple today.
My focus this week is to drink my recommended amount of water, which is at least 100 oz. per day, according to WebMD. I haven’t been feeling 100 percent so I’m hoping getting my water intake will take care of it. Also, like I mentioned in my last post, I’m traveling for work and I’m terrible about drinking enough water when I’m on the go. So while this seems simple on paper, it could get tough for me later this week.
Also, as an update, I did drink my hot lemon water every morning and I’m continuing to do that! It’s a nice, quick burst of hydration in the morning before I start drinking my coffee.
So here’s to a week of healthy hydration!
