I’m trying to get back on track healthy-wise, but I know that I do better with introducing small changes gradually rather than overhauling my whole diet at once. I’ve written before about the benefits of lemon water, but I’ve fallen out of the habit of having it every morning when I wake up.
So this is me, getting back on track. One small change at a time. I’ll be back next week with one more thing I’ll be adding to my routine (while also keeping with the lemon water). That way, each week I’ll build on this to start really introducing some lifelong healthy habits into my diet.
