Pomegranate margaritasToday was one of those days.

Both kids have ear infections, making them incredibly crabby. The weather didn’t quite cooperate for any sort of outdoor play. So cooped up on a Saturday and not feeling so hot.

Bedtime was just a hair early tonight, and we whipped up these margaritas.

Life’s not perfect, but that’s where yummy food and delicious drinks come in.

Note: You can rim the glass with some salt by dipping it in lime juice first then the salt. I’m not a salt girl when it comes to margaritas. Also, in the photo above, it doesn’t look like a very full drink, but it is boozy.

Read on for the recipe.
